TTC after injection...where to start!

Hi everyone

I am in need of some advice.....I came off the injection 7 months ago and since then have been trying to conceive! As of yet I have had no monthly cycle.

Does anyone have any suggestions of anything to help?..... I have cut out alcohol but have one cup of coffee a day, does this have a real impact?

I am eating healthily, getting exercise and taking vitamins! I don't know what else to do!

tbh hun you just have to let it get out ur system!
took me 10 months to get cycleback and 15months to let bk to normal.been ttc for 18 months now
it sucks!
so i feel ur pain

Hey Hun,I was on depo for 9 years,came off in feb 08.my af did not return until feb 09 but didn't regulate until august 09,unfortunately there's nothing u can do as the jab still has control of ur hormones.the gp always stated come off the injection a year before u ttc and now I know why....IT'S EVIL.I wish I could give u dome help bringing back af as doc told me there was hardly any hope if af wasn't around as depo was stopping me o'in.it's just a horrid waiting game.there are many success stories on here though about af returning before a year and getting bfp straight away xx

I can't believe I wasn't told any of this before I started using depo otherwise I would have never touched it! ...Think there should be some sort of warning before they jab it in you!

Thankfully was on it for less than a year but it still sucks!

Just feel REALLY bad both me and hubby are desperate for a child....feels like I'm letting him down!

iv heard someone gettin pg before there af comes back.altho thats extremly rare.
iv never been so happy as to get a period wen i did lol]

Hi there I was on decapeptyl so a similar injection , mine was for endometriosis . It's really a nightmare waiting for af! I've been waiting for a month and a half . In just hoping I'm one of the lucky ones who get there af quickly or fall preg before af ! I've been temping to get used to it and it makes me feel like I have some control ! Hugs n dust to u xxx
