TTC after Nuvaring

Hello everyone, my husband and I have decided recently to start trying! I'm super excited, but right now I'm also a bit frustrated. Stopped the Nuvaring last month, AF started 08/20 and we tried every other day (missing only one day). It's now 4 days past the date I should have started and I've gotten no positive tests, and no symptoms of PMS even starting.

Dr wants me to wait until next Monday for another urine test, and if no positive or period then a blood test. I'd like to know either way... I wouldn't be crushed if I wasn't pregnant, it's only our first month... but this NOT knowing is killing me!! Anyone else in my boat?

I'm sort of in your boat! I stopped Nuvaring and had AF August 1st, then it came again August 26th but 3 days early. So if it's early again, it's due today. If it's decided to be more like normal, it's due Friday. Except unlike you my body is going INSANE. For the last 8 days I've felt some sort of cramping, and Thurs-Sun it was bad enough for medication. I saw the doctor Monday and she basically had no help for me. So I'm stuck waiting it out to see if I'm pregnant, or if my hormones are going crazy. I don't feel like myself at all.

You are probably pretty lucky to be symptomless, believe me! But yes, I am going through the same thing where I don't know what Nuvaring did to mess with my cycle's timeline. Good luck!

I joined the group and had AF all in one day! I had a 31 day cycle, so next month we're going to plan for anywhere from a 28-31 day cycle "just in case". It's just weird that instated because I've had ZERO PMS symptoms! Oh well, on the next month!
