TTC beginner

HI all,

I am little confused and hope you might have an answer.
I am always very regulaer and have always very clear signs of ovulation
extremely wet mucus etc..
I got a positive ovulation kit result LH Surge, but had no wet or slippery mucus, my temperature went up the next day and dropped the following day..
have I ovulated?
A Urinary tract infection started the day before LH surge, could that have something to do with dry or no mucus?
