ttc info needed plz

Hi ladies, I've just popped over from ttc, firstly just like to say congratulations to you all! Seconded just wondered how long you was ttc? Also are there any ex coil users here? I had coil removed today and would love to speak to anyone that was ttc after coil removal.

Hi hun, was on cerazette not the coil but fell pregnant within 2/3 weeks of coming off it! Big surprise it happened so quickly I'll tell ya! One habit we did get into was me coming after my partner had, apparently the female orgasm acts as a bit of a wave machine to the sperm and helps them on their way! So everytime we had sex we would use my vibrator on me afterwards. Seemed to work for us! Good luck and enjoy trying x

It took us about 9-12 months to fall pregnant with our 1st and 1-2 months with our 2nd. I didn't have the coil as I was on the Cilest contraceptive pill both times (before deciding to TTC). Good luck! x

I was on cilest pill for eleven years and conceived within 2-3weeks. We did not do anything differently just did not do rudies every day as can lower sperm count. good luck xxx

I had the copper coil removed in Feb this year, and fell pregnant in April.

With my second son I fell pregnant the first month after the coil was removed. My doctor told me it can happen quickly after a coil.

I had the copper coil (not Mirena, can't do hormones!) which was removed in October 2008 - fell pregnant May 2010 so about 18 months.

I have PCOS and had only had about three periods in all that time, we'd started the process for treatment in December 2009 and had had scans and sperm tests and what-not - all his results came back fine so as predicted it was because of my problems that it was taking a while (which I knew all along anyway) Had results back in March 2010 and were meant to book an appointment with the consultant to go and discuss further treatment like Clomid etc, but we never made the appointment as we'd decided to leave it a while as it isn't really a good time anyway, business wasn't doing so great and we were in the process of trying to open another shop etc etc etc. I'm only 25 so we thought we'd leave it a few years and if it was meant to be, it'd happen, and if not, we'd look into options then.

19th June (day before Father's Day and two days before OH's birthday) I POAS'd after a few days of feeling strange, really sore boobs and just having had a few funny conversations with people (I think subconsciously I knew lol) to be confronted with the faintest of the faint pink line. Lines kept getting stronger over the next few days and here we are Scan told us baby is due 2nd March so I'm 14+1 today. (conceived end of May)

I had the mirena and then was on microgynon for a few months after the mirena didnt agree with me. Took is 10 months ttc this time around. The month i actually concieved was the month i had given up hope and thought that it wasnt going to happen so i ignored dates, temps, no opks and it happened!

Hi kasey! thats my name too except with a C. We tried for about 10 months before getting this BFP but during that time we got one miscarriage. I didn't have the coil. Goodluck!

4-5 months when I came off the implant, sadly it ended in a MC at 8weeks and after that it took me 6weeks and all is well f'xd xxxxx
