~ttc using the smep~

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone has tried the smep---> Sperm Meets Egg Plan, and if you have been doing it for a long time. This is my first month using the smep so hopefully it worked!

I'm aware of the plan, but don't follow it because I don't like to time table my shagging. However the theory behind it is pretty sound and makes sense. We get fairly close to it, but often over do the bd-ing if we're in the mood
It's worth trying, especially in conjunction with any fertility aides you might be using. But don't let it govern when you dtd if it sucks all the fun out imo.

So true i believe that. I'm hoping it worked, i've had some cramping today but dont know what that could be my last + opk was today at 11am and then i tested 2 hours ago and it was - so im going to do some baby dancing when the mr. gets home.
