Tummy ache

So last night I kept getting very sharp cramps all over my bump and then had period pains after. This continued sort of over the night and it really hurt when rolling over. Paracetamol did not help at all.
Today the cramps are still there. They're not regular or anything and last about 10 seconds but they are really painful! I've also had slight diarrhoea all morning. Does this sound like a tummy bug?

I expect so. There's some nasty ones going around. Make sure you stay hydrated and eat plain things. Dioralye is good if it lasts a while. Hope you're better soon.x

I'm going to say probably, it sounds very similar to what I had over the Easter weekend. It wasnt nice at all, keep your fluids up.
