Tummy bug?

Ive had a bady tummy bug since sunday morning i had terrible cramps sunday/monday and feeling so cold and then monday tuesday wednesday ive had diarrhea a few times a day, my tummy isnt getting the cramping now but it doesnt feel good still but ive had more diarrehea in the last 24 hours then ive had all week, i thought i was gonna start getting better Ive just been eating toast and then chicken soup for dinner but im starting to get my appertite back now, i dont see the point in phoning the dr im sure theres nothing he will do?? Does anyone have any advice, should i even be eating? If so what foods are best? I really miss chocolate and rice crispys right now lol xxx
