Turkey Bacon

I have seen mixed reviews on this so I thought I'd ask. Is turkey bacon safe to eat? I don't want a lot. But I am craving BLT's and I hate reg bacon (which I don't think you can eat anyway idk)

I've been eating it! My understanding is that it's safe as long as it's cooked. There are some preservatives and things in it that probably wouldn't be great to eat every day, but once in a while there's nothing unsafe about it.

If your blood pressure is iffy, you might want to ask your doctor about it.

I eat pretty much whatever I want. Not sure why u can't eat bacon? Bacon is actually one of the things my mw says is ok. Good source of protein.
