Hello everyone,

I’m 22 weeks pregnant. My baby was diagnosed with TS at 20 weeks, via amniocentesis. She has a cystic hygroma and NFT measured 8.1mm at 20 weeks. She has coarctation of the aorta, and will require surgery after birth. Since CH in TS increases the chances of (already high) miscarriage and stillbirth, we’re not positive she will survive. I have another ultrasound in 2 weeks to check on her development. Has anyone experience a similar situation?

Hello, I'm so sorry everything isn't going smoothly for you and your little one. I'm haven't been through this, I wish I had some wonderful advice or insights for you. I would like to say that I know a wonderful teenager with TS, I am aware that she has had medical treatments through her life but nothing seems to have held her back, she is a vibrant member of her group of friends and busy working towards her final school exams.
Good luck to you all over the next 18 weeks, I'll keep checking in to see how you're doing. Xx
