sorry new to this but was just wondering if i could find anyone with any advice i am 28+5 weeks pregnant with identical girls this is my first twin pregnancy, i am used to one of my twins being very active but the one that is 2oz bigger i have hardly felt move in 24 hrs i feel like im worrying about nothing but its hard as most of the time they are 1 on left n 1 on right but occasionally they both go transverse so not sure if its them that have moved or what ????????????

sorry not much help as i have never had twins , but give your mw a call and tell her what you have been feeling.hugs

Not sure Hun but try the midwife- my friend who had twins found hers to be really helpful- alternatively they might be able to help a bit more in the twins and multiples section of the forum?

i also had twins.. mind you it was 5 years ago..

I also had one that was very active and one that was not as active... the baby to my right side (A) was not the active one and B was always going... i never did kick counts because i could never tell who was where and why... as long as i felt movement i was fine...

I had them at 37 weeks via c-section because both were breech... if you have questions talk to your midwife/dr...

Hey hun, Im expecting identical twin boys, so i know exactly where you are coming from. Like you I find that one is alot more active than the other, and I have been to hosp several times to monitor their heartbeats, as Im not sure if i can always feel both of them moving. Its really hard to know who's who with twins sometimes, and i've ddiscovered that when i've thought i couldnt feel one, its usually because he's got his feet right next to the others, and in actual fact i can feel both moving but not realised it! If you have any worries at all, pop into hosp and get checked out. Dont hesitate. They are always very cautious with twins and will just pop you on a monitor and get you checked out. Every time i've been I always feel like theyre going to say "not you again, go home you paranoid woman" but they dont! They always take it seriously and theyre really nice about it. There is a twins and multiples section on this site also, always worth checking out. All the best, and if you have any questions at all, feel free to PM me. x
