twinges?

Hi everyone

Im 6 weeks pregnant and have been having quite a few symptoms this week. Today I have experienced some mild twinging sensations in my lower right hand side of my belly. I bit like period cramps but milder, it lasts about 2 seconds and goes, then returns a few minutes later. Its not bad, I dont double over but it does hurt and makes me take notice.

I feel very emotional today. I couldnt eat the rest of my dinner as I keep feeling full just halfway through a meal, but I nearly burst into tears over it!!

Can someone put my mind at ease? What are these hurtey twinges?

btw Ive had no bleeding or anything, fx I dont get any

I got lots of stomach ache and twinges early on with my daughter. It's more than likely the progesterone and everything stretching to make room for the baby to grow, there'll be a lot of that over the next 9 months!!
