twinges

hey all, nit sure how to descriube this but ill give it a go..lol..

anyway every now and then when i move i get twinges in my belly, and it feels like i move and then like a second or 2 later my insides move and i get this twinge!!! lol have i confused u all or does anyone know what i talking about or no what it is???
