Twitching/Fluttering in Uterus?

My period is a week late, I'm on Lo Loestrin Fe birth control, and I'm having weird twitching/fluttering near my uterus
I've taken two HPT and both were negative. I took my birth control normally last month but was about 12 hours late 1-2 times. I know that missed periods are a common side effect of Lo Loestrin Fe, but this is freaking me out. I also have a weird twitching sensation occasionally near my uterus that started yesterday. I would not be upset at all if I was pregnant, but the timing right now isn't the best. Should I stop worrying since my tests were negative?

Your probably late because you messed up your Birth control. I would think being a week late test would be positive by now. Wait a week if still no period test again.
