Two bumps ? Help I’m confused

Right so I’m a skinny kinda girl and I think I maybe further along then I first thought I see the mw Monday but in the mean time thought I’d ask opinions , I have two hard parts on my stomach one on my right lower side and one in the middle right near it . Same kind of shape and size . Has anyone else had this I’m not sure what’s going on at the moment hoping someone can help x
