Two year old seeing an angel

I just wanted to run this by anyone who will listen and get their opionion. My cousin Adrian just passed at the age of 26 due to PTSD. Well my grandma's house was where he was first taken as a newborn and lived there until he was five. He also spent alot of his childhood there. My nephew was there today. He kept talking to someone he called angel, and he knows what an angel is too. He never talked to "Angel" before. He won't talk about Angel or Angel won't play with him if someone else is in the room. We are thinking it could be Adrian coming back to visit it.

It could well be, or a guide or just someone else on the other side. What a lucky boy!!
