I am in the TWW 5DPO. My last pap showed abnormal cell and my gyn has ordered a colposcopy with biopsy of my cervix tomorrow. Will this be ok? DH and I bd in my fertile period and I am hoping for a BFP this cycle. Will getting this done effect implantation or cause mc? Any advice is appreciated, I'm just freaking out because I know I have to take care of my health, but if this is the month we get a BFP I don't want to do anything that could hurt it.

Tell your doctor your currently TTC and might be pregnant , If a cervical biopsy is needed during a colposcopy, the chance of any harm to the pregnancy (such as miscarriage) is small. But you may have some bleeding from the biopsy.
