Tww limbo....do I use my progesterone or not??have I ovd yet? Pease help!

Ok, so i use progesterone cream in my tww to help lengthen my lp...this cycle i took soy and i didnt get a +opk, and only one day of ewcm and pains, but my temps have risen slightly giving me crosshairs....apparently i am now 6dpo which is great...if i did infact ovulate....if i did ovulate, there is a chance i could be pregnant which means i need to start on my progesterone cream to help my lp, otherwise eggy wont stand a chance.... But if i didnt ovulate and intake progesterone cream what damage can i do?? If i take it and dont get a bfp by 14dpo then i will stop it anyway... Aaaaarrrrggggghhhh why is nothing ever straightforward like it used to be!! xxx

Hi live_in_hope, I agree with the FF crosshairs that you did ovulated on day 21. It wouldn't hurt to start applying the pro cream now. Just stop on cycle day 1. I start using the cream once I see my post-o temp spike.
