Ultrasound from ER 4 weeks

Went to the ER for right side pains, i should be about 4 weeks now. The doc did an ultrasound, said my uterus looks like what he would expect a 5 weeks pregnant uterus to look like but did not show me the ultrasound. When he left the room i got the machine and took a picture of my U/S. Does that tiny black dot look like the sac. He did this over my stomach not transvaginally.
