Hi am nearly 39 weeks and have pain in my pubic bone getting so bad now, getting up from the floor, turning in bed etc is so painful, it feels like the front of that bone is really bruised, is this normal, I didnt have anything like it with ky son and its getting unbearable now, I no the baby isn't engaged but 2nd babies quite often don't engage until last min/labour so why am I in so much pain I feel like my bones can't hold him in anymore and the pains feel similar to the pressure feeling I had in my last labour at very end but nt as severe as that, if its hurting this much now I dnt want to imagine how the pressure will feel when giving birth feel like my pelvis is going to break any minute has anybody else gt this?

any chance its SPD? feels like some little invisable person is kicking ya!have a google ( it isnt scary )

I get it when walking, carrying, doing the stairs, turning in bed... anything really lol

No and from how you describe itim glad I don't!! No idea how to help just didn't want to read n run. Hope it eases for you soon!!

It sounds like SPD to me. You've described how I feel every minute of everyday. Hope you feel better soon. Its horrible and it can get you down if you let it. Xxxx

Yh think could be spd is there much you can do to help, have 2 yr old so constantly up and down which is when hurts most, can't wait to have baby now to get some releif, where do you feel most pain in spd, mine hurts most on the bony bit kind of infront/above clitoras area, its just gettin hard to get everyday things done.x

Exactly the same place and also feel like someone is constantly kicking me between the legs. It gets worse and better from day to day but its always there which isn't nice. I've been to physio and it was pointless they won't touch you whilst your pregnant. I find getting a bath helps but make sure you've got someone to help you out of it. Its hard but they say try not to do much things that involve too much movement etc xx
