Unbelievable. Not a good day

So I really thought that this was the month, I really really did. I seemed to convince myself once again that I had all these pregnancy symptoms (low back pain, nausia, breasts hurt etc) an BOOM shows up this morning. So on to my 10th month. I have bought an ovulation kit and Im going to track down everything as of 1dpo also my Dr has ordered some blood work to be done on my 3rd day of my period (Sat) so that is my update thus far.

I hate when our minds trick us into believing its our month. So sorry. Hope the tests give you some helpful information.
