Uncomfortable, painful aches

Pretty much whenever I do some cleaning around the house, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, even just washing some dishes.. My stomach begins to ache to the point where it's extremely painful, I have to sit and keel over my stomach with my arms wrapped around it for a while before it will stop. When ill be doing the vacuuming etc my lower back gets so pained I literally cannot walk without crying. I'm assuming that's from bending but I'm positive it's not normal. I'm not using chemicals or anything. What is this? Have any of you ladies experienced this?
I've not got any extra weight, I'm quite an average body weight. I'm 12+2 today! Help :/

i wish i could help. I dont have any idea why you would be hurting the way you are already. but you should listen to your body. I know things have to get done, but if its at all possible, you should take it very easy. i hope you feel better

Me either wasn't expecting this until I was huge! I don't even have a bump. I just don't understand and if I don't do it it doesn't get done! OH works all day pretty much every day thank you!

My cramps are worse the less I drink. Try and drink a lot of water and just relax, maybe mention it to toue ob, hope you feel better

I was cleaning yesterday and started cramping but it was more like a pulled muscle. is that what you're feeling? A pulled muscle? If so, that's just round ligament pain. My lower back was killing me because I was mopping.

No I get the round ligament pain sneezing and coughing and stuff it's a very different feeling. And my first antenatal visit is when ill be 16 weeks. Which is the first time I talk with a midwife. Hospital here is flat out, I live in a small district city and there's one hospital out of the three that has a maternity ward! Awful. No private hospitals to even pay to visit. But I do have a doctors appointment tomorrow to ask about it.

it's from when your uterus is moving out of your pubic region and up into your lower abdomen area! It stretches the ligament attached between the bone and the uterus (or something close) and you get a bit of pain in it which is entirely normal

i think im definitely having that. plus the nauseousness has really been hitting me lately welcome to week 6
