Upset with hubby (updated w/ PICS pg2)

I wanted some pregnancy pics of my belly and hubby thought it was a stupid idea. I ended up getting a few and thought they looked really good..... i went to show them to him and he said eww why would anyone want pictures of their stretch marks? He thinks they are horrible and not nice to look at. I was so upset I went away crying.

No wonder you feel upset, I would too. Does he realise he has upset you? In my experience with my other half he sometimes says things to me that really upsets me but he doesn't even realise and in his head it meant nothing. Men are such odd creatures! I'm sure your pictures look beautiful, every pregnant woman looks great x

just about all of us have stretchies hun and hes being really insensitive. make him pay say fine you wont see then again then till they've faded in about 6 months time !!

In regards to your hubby, why not tell him how much he hurt you, it might just be that he simply hasnt realised how hurtful his comment was. xxx

I told him it upset me... and that he just really didnt understand. He isn't the one that has felt the baby move every single day inside my belly. I want to treasure the moment and remember it with pics. My stretch marks are old and faded already.... thankfully i have no new ones
