Urgh. Late sickness starting?

I'll be 10 weeks tomoz. Was in the car with my mom earlier and suddenly just felt unwell, Like I was gonna be sick. This went on for about half an hour. Then I got in and had horrible sickness! Threw up so many times.

I'm hoping it's just a one off. But could this be morning sickness, starting late?

It very well could be, I read something online that if you didn't get morning sickness by 10 weeks then the likelyness of you getting it at all was very slim. Could have just been the motion of the car or something didn't agree with baby.
