I was ltttc 2 years with my first and had PCOS, dermoid cysts and adhesions. I used OPKs but they always seemed to come up late in my cycle or not properly.
The month I fell pregnant it was from having sex early in my cycle (about day 9) and then when I had my scan they pushed my due date forward suggesting I ovulated that early too.
The same has happened with this pregnancy. And I also conceived around the same time with my MC.
So, I think I must just ovulate v.early, OPKs didn't work for me and part of the problem (along with other issues) was saving up sex for my fertile time but missing it.
I don't want to patronise anyone as I'm sure you've thought about timing sex but if you are struggling with OPKs it might be something to think about.
