vein stripping

i have to have a few of my veins stripped at some point next year - has anyone had this done and can you share your experience? I'm being referred to a vascular surgeon as i have massive varicose veins and injections wouldn't help at this point.

My sister had it done on her legs. The outcome was awesome! she looks great.. good luck!

Not sure if it's any help but my fiance had his done a couple of months ago. They went from the top of his thigh to his ankle. The surgeon said it was one of the worst cases he had seen. My fiance had them done and says it was the best thing he ever did. A bit sore for a week or two but nothing too bad. Good luck xx
