very faint line on hpt/appeared 5 mins after test result time! but had some bleeding!

i just did a pregnancy test & 5 mins after the test result time of "read within 10 mins"... a very faint but there line appeared! i am so confused koz i had a lighter than usual period from october 19th- october 25th (but from 23rd-25th of october it was practically gone. i am really confused now :s
i was doing the deed heaps in september & early october with my husband... is it possible to have a period in early pregnancy? like a lighter than usual 1? and in the first few months? i will attach a pic of the faint hpt result. all advice will be so helpful right now ladies!
& if i am pregnant i really have no clue how far along i would be...
