Very mild morning sickness

This is my second pregnancy (I'm roughly 6wks + 5 days) but only experiencing very mild nausea - hardly affects me and I'm never sick. Also experiencing some mild cramps too and feeling hungry all the time!

I'm worried as with my first baby (she us 6mths old now) I started horrendous sickness at 6 weeks and it lasted until 17 weeks. I was sick about 8 times a day and bed bound for days on end, even signed off work! I had no appetite and lost loads of weight!

So I am worried that this is maybe a sign I will miscarry as the preg hormone isn't as strong!

Anyone able to share similar or your own experiences?

i have had bad nausea in previous pregnancies right from around 4 weeks. howeve im not 5 weeks and still nothing... had a m/c before and i didnt have any morning sickness then at all either so im really worried the same as you but they do say every pregnancy is different so fingers crossed for us both
