Very painful ribs

I have super sore rib pain right underneath my breasts... I have tried putting a towel with ice in the area but the pressure/pain is crazy!

I asked mw and she said it was just normal pressure from the growing uterus...

Any tips that worked on you for pain relief?

I know...it gets worse when I got to bed because it feels like baby moves a bit up when lying horizontally painful!!!!!!
