Very serious question. Opinions please

I hve been ttc for over 2 years. K started having breakthrough bleeding bw periods. Went to dr and I had a leep and d&c done In march. At this time, my hormone levels were normal, no std's and my transvaginal ultrasound was good. The d&c was not due to m/c. Just part of the procedure to clean me out. So, my question is.... If I had these procedures in march should I start over with my ttc expectations? In other words, I hear you should get preg within 6 mos to a year and now that I am fixed, should I expect pregnancy within 6 mos to a year after procedure which was in march?

I'm not sure about his fertility issues but he won't go dr. He has 2 kids already so I am assuming he doesn't have a problem.

I mean, over 2 years, no baby and no explanation as to why.

With my first D&C (for the same reasons), I got PG 4 months later. I've heard that the procedure somehow "renews" the lining making it easier for conception... not sure if it's true. Good Luck!
