very sore bump...

i've had a very sore bump (at the bottom) for the past 3 or 4 days now.
i'm not overly worried as baby hasn't stopped movin for the best part of a week... but jus gettin confilctin information as to what is causin the pain...
i read this mornin that lower bump pain at this stage in pregnancy can mean he is gettin engaged...
any ideas / thoughts...?

I was expereincing this the last 2 weeks and asked the midwife... baby is just trying to get engaged and head in ur cervix xx hope that helps x

thanku... i hope this is whats happenin... i know baby can be engaged for weeks but its a good sign
i have had the occasional feelin that he's been headbuttin my cervix... VERY uncomfortable!

i get a pain in my lower bump but mainly during the night

I had some terrible pain in the lower right hand side of my bump during the week and when I discussed it with the midwife she thought that maybe he'd just gotten himself into a position where he was pushing on a nerve or something. Who knows eh???
