very stong BH or very mild contractions

i just cant decide

im leaning towards BH as their not regular but i dont usually get BH that hurt at bottom of the bump and deep in the pelvis and round to the back.its usually all at the top of bump

Sounds like mild contractions to me. I have had them since 34-35 weeks. They were regular up until 36 and a half weeks and now they are really irregular and not as painful but they wrap around my back. Sometimes when they are more severe they feel like gas pains but otherwise they are only kind of painful/more uncomfy than BH, if that makes sense!!?
