I didn't feel anything come out. I've just been cramps. Then tmi. Really had to poop and had a loose-ish BM and lots of just lots of clear mucus.

Then went to pee about an hour later and that was there.

That's your plug! I'd prepare that hospital bag asap with the cramps+plug+loose bowels. All these are signs of prelabor in the works! Could be in a day to a couple of more weeks! Never know!
