virus? postcard from family member

I have just noticed that i have recieved an email saying i have recieved a postcard from a family member so stupidly i opened it as i saw bluemountain on it, but then my computer popped up that thos website wanted to down load something so i came off the site.
I saw this on my husbands comupter too.

Just beware and be carefull.
