Vitamin B6

So I recently went out and got some b6 cause I'm so incredibly fed up with morning sickness and nausea, I just want to feel human again. So...it was 100 mg so I had to break it into quarters cause I guess the recommended dose is 25mg 3 times a day, I took it a few hours ago and I can't say how much better I feel. I'm really hoping that I'm not jinxing myself by saying this but its about time something worked. Just thought it might be worth looking into for you other ladies.
 
I am not taking B6 individually but it is in my prenatal and I can definitely feel the difference in the way my body feels about 20 min or so after taking it. It's like I woke up and feel more alive. I am just sooooo bad at remembering to take them. I have a kind that you are supposed to take 3x per day also and I always end up forgetting at least 1
 
I don't even bother to take my prenatals anymore :/
 
I've been taking B6 but its done nothing for me. :( hope it works for you all. Xx
