    Hi!
So far I'm taking Folic Acid, Iron tablets, Vitamin D and Cranberry pills (This one is more because I'm prone to infections, it's not conception/pregnancy related)
I heard about taking B complex is helpful but I hear all sorts of things.
Is there anything else I can take that will help as my diets not the best.. It's getting better but it's still quite bad  (please don't tell me it needs to be improved as I've heard that enough and I am trying :/)
I want it to be helping me and not just making my pee expensive :dohh:
    Any help?!

Why not just get a good prenatal? That will help

I take 50 mg of a B-complex and Nature's Way Alive Once Daily Women's, the ultra potency one.

Lanet - Because I've already got Folic Acid and Vitamin D so if I buy the complete conception pills the ones I've already got go to waste as I can't take them all. I'm going on them once I've finished the lot I've got :)
    Eris - What's that? Sorry  x
