Vitamins to help hair growth

Without wanting to sound too much like a dog after a shiny coat, there any? My hair is in TERRIBLE condition.

Holland and barett do vitamins for hair, nails and skin, I'm pretty sure boots does it also, I got some a few years back. Not sure how much it actually helped though x

Biotin is very good for hair, nails too. You can get it in any pharmacy or food store usually.

You should try Vitamin A,B complex and E .
