Not that I've heard. There are some mixed reviews about vitex.... it seems to help some women, while making things worse for others. I *think* vitex will increase progesterone (good for the luteal phase, and could potentially help with luteal phase defects), but might also increase LH levels. So it might be helpful if you guys know if/what hormones are not within normal ranges. If she already has high LH, it might make things worse. If she has high estrogen, it could also make things worse. But I've read mixed things about that too, some sites say vitex lowers estrogen, some say it raises it. Confusing! Does your wife have PCOS? A lot of women with PCOS have tried vitex with success, to help with regulating ovulation, but again, its all about which hormones are problematic, and taking the right meds/supplements to help. Good luck!
