Hi there!
The main question: does Vitex cause sore breasts??
DH and I have been trying for baby #2 for almost 2 years and I just started Vitex this cycle. I started it on CD3. Three days after ovulation, I started getting sore boobs. They have been getting progressively worse with each day. I am at 8DPO and they are so sore I think I might die, lol. Sometimes I get sore boobs before AF but it is never that early, its always a few days before AF, not 12 days. I really dont want to get my hopes up if its just the Vitex and increased progesterone.
Anyone?
