I was wondering if someone could show me which one to get and how much to take and when.

I'm not ovulating last cycle was 53 days no ovulation detected by charting and currently cd29 with a negative cd21 blood test and no sign of ovulating on my chart. I have to have another blood test on my next cd21 I have no idea when that will be because in so irregular...so I was thinking about trying vitex to see if it would help me ovulate.

Hi there,
So I'm gonna try to help with your questions as best I can. A great website I refer to for everything herbal to do with fertility is natural-fertility-info.com they are super helpful and they periscope talks where you can ask questions too.
I personally take GNC brand vitex it's 500 mg per capsule. It's vegetarian and the most potent content for a cheaper price that I could find. Maybe be different if you don't live in the USA though(I'm in the mobil site so I don't know where your from.) I take 1,500 mg everyday all at night(though morning is recommended) and you can take anywhere from 1,000-2,000 mg daily. I started at 1,000. I don't ovulate on my own normally and have extremely long bleeding/'cycles' since I was 13 years old. I had found vitex last year and decided to try it. I've been taking it constantly since the end of January and has proven to be helpful. I've ovulated a couple times now, though not sure if I will this cycle. I don't bleed like crazy, I'm down to 5 days of flow with only a few spotting so that's great for me! And fairly regular cycles since March at 23-27 day cycles. It seems to be still balancing out my hormones so my cycles still aren't very constant but they getting so much better.
I think the main thing with vitex is that for it to actually work you need to take it for at least 3-6 months. Most people give up too soon for it to work its magic.
Hope that helped. Let me know if you have any other questions 😊

Thank you that helped a lot, I'm from the uk and found these ones from eBay https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Agnus-Cast...3A45008da91560a6a8f3ee2867fff9f592%7Ciid%3A15

I'm going to wait and see what my next cd21 blood test has in store as I may get referred onto someone who specialises in this type of thing as I'm keen to find out that's going on, I'm bleeding up to 15 days when I do get my period and it's quite annoying, I'd just like a normal cycle instead of never knowing when my period is due and obviously we can't ttc if I'm not ovulating.

Yep, completely understand that. Hope you find some answers soon!!
