Vitex question & b complex

Hi ladies who ate taking vitex or vit b complex, do you stop taking at ovulation? Thanks

I don't. It helps with keeping your progesterone up during the first few weeks after you get your BFP, and I have a family history of early miscarriages. It doesn't hurt the baby and can be very beneficial. If you opt to add evening Primrose also, you do have to stop taking that at ovulation because it can cause contractions.

I started B50 shortly after O the cycle before I conceived, and took it straight through past the positive test the next month. You have to keep taking it for it to work effectively and balance things out - it has a cumulative effect. No idea on Vitex.
