Vitex to help regulate cycles?

Hi everyone,

My last couple of cycles have been between 42 & 55 days long and I was hoping to get them regular again. I've heard vitex can help. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Yes!! I hadn't a cycle since August 2014...Started taking 2000mg Vitex on April 01,2015...AF arrived 04/22/15...so me and OH have been trying and dtd all last week and beginning this week since i am suppose to be ovulating...and have been having twinges past couple days. AF due around 20th.

Im curious about this as well, do you have to get the doctors prescription for it or over the counter? have'nt had an AF since March.

No prescription, I got mine at Supplement store...Brand is Gaia Vitex Berry.

Definitely worked for me when TTC my first! Also helped my SIL get pregnant naturally right before her doctor was going to start her on Clomid! Absolutely worth a shot in my opinion!! Works fast and no harsh side effects!
