Has anybody used Vitex to regulate their cycle or lengthen their luteal phase?

If so, how long did it take to see a difference? And how often did you take it?

Currently on my tww after taking it this cycle. My LP is about 7-10 days so ill let you know soon!

Wishing_well: Don't get discouraged if your LP doesn't lengthen on your first month with vitex. From what I understand it takes at least three months generally to begin to see things shake out and settle down. GL! I hope your LP goes longer and this is your cycle .

Had a chemical last month due to LP so fingerscrossed!
