Vitex?

Hey ladies,

Looking for some opinions on Vitex. I've read that it can shorten cycles and get rid of annoying brown spotting occurring before AF. I've had long cycles since coming off BCP in April (34-38 days) and for the last two cycles I've had 3-4 days of brown spotting before AF actually showed. I'm worried the spotting may be a sign that I have low progesterone and a shorter LP.

Has anyone found that Vitex helped with any of these things? THANKS!

Vitex hasn't really changed anything about my visits with AF. They are a little bit more abrupt when they start (middle of the day, 2 am) but nothing else. Maybe a little less PMS.
