Vomiting bug and a bloody discharge

So I posted about indigestion the other day but it turned out to be a vomiting bug. YUK. Today I noticed some old blood in my discharge, I'm guessing all the puking irritated things down there?

I'd initially cancelled the midwife but think I might call up and go just so she can check me over.

Baby has wriggled so am sure all is fine, I'm 18+4

Like you said could just be that. But I would get checked out anyway or at least call your midwife and tell them what happened.
