I've been admitted to L&D as a scan today showed an issue with the blood flow to babies brain and limited movement. I am waiting on an examination and they are going to insert a foley cathedar and start pitocin. I'm 36+5. Anybody have any idea how long induction will take? My doctor was called away for an emergency section so it may be a while before I can ask him.
My first labour was spontaneous and 6 hours from start to finish so I'm hopeful this will be about the same.
