OK so I figured I would start a thread on this as I have been suggesting this to a lot of girls in posts. Before I started TTC this month, I had been NTNP for awhile, and nothing happened, so I became a bit more agressive, started taking vitamins, and now this month started having sex when I KNOW I am ovulating where as before I wasn't doing anything- I wasn't even sure I was having sex when I ovulated. I know now that I actually was a few of those months, but I wasn't staying down after sex, OH ejaculated inside me sometimes, sometimes he didn't...you get the idea. Well throughout my research, I came across the idea of doing a fertility cleanse. The idea is to start with a clean slate. So what it was, was this kit that contained herbal pills and tea's. Its meant to work along with your menstrual cycle. You start the cleanse the day your period stops. So the first part of the cleanse was a liver cleanse phase. A lot of toxins from chemicals in food, the environment, old birth control (if you have recently stopped) etc can bulild up in our livers and affect our hormonal balance in a negaitve way, which is obviously not good for when TTC. So it was liver cleanse pills, milk thistle (natural liver cleanser) which you put like 10-20 drops in your water I believe twice a day, and then a liver cleanse tea. The 2nd part of the cleanse was meant to clean out your reproductive system, uterus etc. It was a tea and then some pills (all natural). I can't really explain the 2nd part, but it does on their site. You take this part up until the day your period comes. When my period came, I noticed clots coming out, which I do not usually have. When reading the forum they have on their website, and reading their questions and answers page, I learned that clots mean the cleanse is working. All the gunk left over from previous periods, endo junk etc will come out. Also when reading their forums and questions and answrs and conversations between the creators of this clease and customers, I saw that this helped women get pregnant, and helped especially women with endometriosis. But the cleanse is just for anyone TTC. They have special kits for girls with endo. I just know you're suppose to do the cleanse before any other kits. They also have other kits for things such as uterine fibroids, blocked fallopian tubes, PCOS, egg quality etc. I can't attest for any of those kits because I never tried them, but I am sure there are testimonies. They have a whole online community for women who use their stuff to chat and exchange experiences etc. They also have fertility massage videos, fertiltiy yoga ...so I thought this may be helpful to some women out there.
