thank for all your responses ladies. I have a rocker similar to this one and this has never happened, but if it ever did, i'd put the stand up. I've not yet decided whether to buy this one, but it's still on my shortlist.

To be honest, watching that video - its obvious the rocker isn't being used properly for that child. I saw it and knew straight away it would tip forward. Surely it should be reclined a bit more, so the child isnt too front-heavy.
We dont use our bouncy chair anymore at all, he prefers the jumperoo, but to me that just looks obvious...
You'd think they would follow the product instructions before slating it on the internet. x
