At work af showed.. I've been crying all day I had to go home. I was so sure this time and I was excited as hell.. I thought after 11 months of praying and trying to be a mother that it was finally my time..
I need some ideas for next month . I just don't know how much more dissapointment I can take !!!

Vitamins. Hubbys on vitamins too. I changed my diet I use opks.I stillvhave not tried bbt charting . I've been trying to aim for natural but I don't think its working out anymore! And oh my I hope your PG and at doesn't show !!!

Here are some things I have trying:

*Preseed
*Guanifesen tablets ( robitussen in tablet form, I'm on clomid it causes dry cm)
*BD: have tried everyday in PM, every other day in PM and this cycle did SMEP and did AM Bding as well as PM.
*stay lying down after with or without hips elevated.
*acupuncture..This was the first cycle
