and I got two packs of 10 plain bibs..so I decided to decorate some of them...my sister and I did 4 this weekend when I went home and then I just did these 6...

bear and hearts for valentines..
tree for babys first christmas..
snowman and snow flakes for winter..
leaves for fall...
fireworks for 4th of july and new years...
polka dots just coz its all I could think of lol lol...

hubby said they look like they are retro and from the 1940s lol lol..clearly due to my lack of artistic skills lol.. but I think they are cute!

They're so cool! I wish I could draw but my artistic flair ends at stick men lol xxx

Awe these are soooo cute and will be something special for baby to have forever and can even pass on!!!

Awh they are awesome!! Just LOVE the snowman on the christmas one u done a really good job there :)

Those are really cute. You did a great job on them.

aww..thanks girls!!..makes me feel better lol lol..wish I had tons more artistic ability...my sister is very artistic..I wish I had taken more home for her to do lol lol..

That is a neat idea! I had not thought of decorating my own bibs!

The only real crafty thing I have done is... I made a name thing. We have been trying to do a sesame street theme (ended up being a very mismatched nursery. Anyways... I have a cricut expressions and I cut out the sesame street logo sign... but instead of Sesame Street is says Jacob's Room.

oh..I would love one of those cricut things..oh I would go crazy lol lol.. specially the special cake one...

They really are cool! Word of advice... IF you ever do get a cricut... get the Sure Cuts Alot program or a similar program. Then you don't have to spend all your money on the cartridges. And the sky is the limit with what you can create with the program!

My only problem is... my office/craft area gets to be such a mess sometimes. I have to clean and organize before I can be crafty again, hehehe!

oh I had to do these in the living room coz my craft room is destroyed with baby stuff lol..cant even get in there to organize till the nursery is done..which will hopefully be this weekend...atleast so we can move stuff in there..

thanks ladies..those that are in the US the bibs are at Target they are 10 bibs for like..$12...you get one solid of each purple..pink..yellow..blue..green..and then one white with the color on the outside...great deal for bibs!! I bought a pack and had my baby shower guests decorate them..and then got this pack at my last baby shower and just wanted to do something to them too...and I got the fabric paint at hobbylobby...they are usually around $1 or so a bottle.. great thing to do to keep you occupied in the last few weeks when all you want to do is sit lol..and since the paint is in the bottle its not messy or anything..

great idea for a baby shower, we did the same thing with onesies, lol! bibs would have been great though, I think i must have been given 40/50 bibs at my shower! haha

yeah I wanted to do either or both but the bibs turned out to be the cheapest..I was going to buy the plain ones at hobbylobby..but they were seriously like $3 each!!..so I almost didnt do it till I found the cheap plain pack at target..and it was the perfect amount too...

Hey, tell your hubby retro is in! I think they're adorable...I wish I were more crafty!
