Our first 2, no, he was very nervous! He only enjoyed the lots and lots of sex, even then, there were times when we were TTC that he just wanted to sleep and I wouldn't let him 
But much to my surprise, yes he actually is! He admitted he was looking forward to a 3rd child in the near future, which blew me away completely because for a very long time he had always stated that after #2 he was going to get a vasectomy, he only wanted 2, he was done after 2. I almost feared talking to him about my desires for a 3rd, not that I can't talk to him, it was my issue and the fear of having my hopes shut down immediately, but when he said that, I was floored!
Unfortunately he have a few number of life events to take care of first before we can start TTC for #3
